Carissa passionately believes in the resilience and determination of the human spirit. She believes that every person has unique strengths and skills to make changes necessary to thrive in life. In acknowledging that life is hard and oftentimes does not make sense, she has learned the value in listening to her feelings and using them as a guide for a more fulfilling life. She hopes to offer a space where her clients can work through their stories and uncover the ways in which it impacts them presently. Carissa wants her clients to experience the freedom to be themselves, to be known, and to be accepted, and she is honored to walk with her clients as they tell their stories and create a new narrative for their lives.
